[x3d-public] X3D Working Group meeting 4 JAN 2024: charter goals for a great new year!

FreeWRL is working terrific. I know view3dscene can't do scripts.  Octaga
is looking great.

However, most of my shaders are written for X3DOM/X_ITE.   I have not tried
setting up an X3DOM page.

I will do that now.
