Focus: Open Discussion on JSON Encoding<br>

This is an open meeting and will not follow the regular agenda. The
discussion will be limited to the JSON encoding for X3D as initially
developed by Don in Fall 2014. This is the second call on this topic
and will be repeated as necessary and as frequently as needed.<br>
