It is perfectly legal because a Script may run based on system or
rendering triggers. For example see the services in 6.11 of 19775-2
(<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://www.web3d.org/documents/specifications/19775-2/V3.3/index.html">http://www.web3d.org/documents/specifications/19775-2/V3.3/index.html</a>).
The Script could manipulate other nodes by DirectOutput.<br>
