That graphics stuff, and a responsive DOM. </p><p class=MsoNormal>The choice was either do html as a supplementary feature of a standalone VRML/X3D platform, like first happened in standalone VRML browsers , or to host a 3D browser in an html platform. The second was never possible until lately due to inadequate DOM and access to the metal.
