I am not providing any software. The paper is intended to be one of some *starting* points for two independent implementations.<br/>
<br/>
The intention is to let it be a final draft, until volunteers have implemented it. Afterwards it can move on to be released.<br/>
<br/>
Probably it won't be adopted by anyone. That's not my problem ;-)<br/>
