Instead we use x3d-public mailing list for discussion, and Mantis for distilled comments, and X3D meetings
for confirmation if needed. When Mantis reflects that consensus is achieved, spec editors Puk and Brutzman apply the changes.</li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Weekly minutes reflect these discussions and changes.</li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Member and public review eventually confirms all is well.</li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Web3D Consortium controls document up through SC24 acceptance of Committee Draft.</li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Again run by SC24, ISO member nations vote.</li></ol>
