[Korea-chapter] Teleconference meeting on AR WG

We are having this month's AR WG Teleconference meeting at this hours:
	Central European Time: Mar 21 (Wed) 10:30 - 11:30
	Korean Standard Time: Mar 21 (Wed)  18:30 - 19:30
	Pacific Time: Mar 21 (Wed) 02:30 - 03:30

Agenda items are:

1. Review changes in comparison document

- Changed abbreviation: proposal A, B, C => proposal KC1, KC2, IR
- Added more description in introduction (section 1) with links to the original proposals, and requirements document.
- Added a summary table in the conclusion section (10).
