[Korea-chapter] Cross Posting

I have seen a lot of cross-group postings in the last few months 
(sort-of like this message). We set up these lists so that people can 
join the list(s) that suits their interests. Many people, but not 
everyone, has joined multiple lists. It is appropriate to cross-post a 
message that is of interest or concern to multiple lists; however, 
cross-posting to multiple lists because someone might be interested 
leads to an unnecessary proliferation of messages and starts to cause 
problems when someone replies to all lists.

Please keep messages on topic and as much as possible only post to a 
single list. I am happy to create new lists as needed. If you reply to 
this message, please just reply to me.
