To  get us start here is the draft CFP for Web3D 2024  Please continue

Luis, please let me me know if you need help in completing the the *ACM 
Preliminary PAF and TMRF  forms*. The one Jorge shared with you has all 
the required information.

Also, we will need a logo for 2024. Similar to the ones we had for 
previous years. Details here.

How is the Website design coming along?  I am here to help if you need 
any suggestions!
