[Web3D2024 Program] Industrial Use Case application for Web3D 2024

Based on this quote from the https://web3d.siggraph.org/cfp/ website, the submission for the Industrial Use Cases looked like EasyChair was not applicable.  If all submissions for Industrial Use Cases are required to use EasyChair, then rewording of the instructions may be required.
