I hope you’re doing well! I’m writing to inquire about the status of our industrial use case abstract. We submitted via Easychair as you requested, and received an automated receipt confirmation, but haven't received an update about whether our abstract was accepted. Reaching out as the July 8 acceptance notification date passed, though I'm not sure if that date refers strictly to Papers.

Hello!

Writing to notify your team of our intent to submit a two-page abstract to Web3D.org on behalf of the Getty. Our abstract will be submitted shortly, though I believe it might be a bit past the May 31 deadline tonight (we're in PST).

Details:
Ours is an Industrial Use Case but could also be considered for Demonstration. Our proposal details our 3D imaging work for art conservation, research and public engagement, including persepolis.getty.edu<https://persepolis.getty.edu/> (largest WebGL build ever made, here of ancient Persepolis), gehry.getty.edu<https://gehry.getty.edu/> (WebGL integrations in this exploration of the design of the Walt Disney Concert Hall, developed in collaboration with Frank Gehry) and mesopotamia.getty.edu<https://mesopotamia.getty.edu/> (showcasing artworks in ultra-high resolution 3D, made with Getty's own world-class art conservation imaging capability). We will also detail future technical explorations including NeRF and IIIF, and a desire for future WebGPU collaborations.
