[Web3D2024 Program] Wildfires in Portugal

Dear Eva

There are no changes to the conference program due to the wildfires in
Portugal. Starting tomorrow it is expected a significant drop in the
temperatures and rain is expected in the weekend. So, it is expected to
have the fires controlled and extinguished in the next few days.
Anyway, thanks for the concern.
