[X3D-Ecosystem] Layout and Layering components on the web

I am looking for Layout and Layering components that are compatible with
Next.js.  The only implementation of these components on the web I know are
in X_ITE.  I don’t know if Next.js and X_ITE work together.  Perhaps if
react-dom isn’t used?  Perhaps <x3d-canvas> is lowercase on purpose?

What I’m attempting to do is provide layouts for a large number of 3D
assets, particularly tables and isometric views of multiple assets.
Layouts of images are a possible, and I can probably convert assets to
images.  I plan to offer a query mechanism and display results.

Perhaps I should be looking at the 3D commerce standards?
