[X3D-Ecosystem] Multiple bugs in X3DJSONLD GraalJS Serializer

Apologies.  Apparently these issues are coming from a stylesheet which I
don't test very often.  GraalJS serialization appears to be OK.

Also be aware that my python examples under
src/main/python/net/coderexxtreme will start referring to /Users/....
instead x3d-code
