I’m announcing a new version of x3dvalidate with enums testing of MFString
enumerations from X3DUOM. So instead of a list of possible MFStrings, 1 or
more enums of single strings are validated.

I’ve been regenerating JSON of x3d archives to do full testing. My local
testing looks good, but looking at the archive is critical. Expect an
update soon!

One can run the old version with:

npx x3dvalidate at 9.0.1

And the newest version:

npx x3dvalidate at latest

Of course, you specify the files you want to validate at the end of the
command, or alternatively use xargs in bash shell.

You can get npx by downloading node.js

I am fairly sure that Tangent and X_ITE material extensions are validated
in this version, but I haven’t confirmed.
