[X3D-Ecosystem] X3DOM - Help - HAnim Not Working

I will send the following items to the first person who can tell me what I need to do to fix this X3DOM/HTML file so that I can see the animated Conan character:

  *   1 x UND T-Shirt
  *   1 x I "heart" ND baseball cap.
  *   $3 cash + plus whatever I can find in my couch cushions at home.
