[X3D-Ecosystem] Thought on X3D -> MuJoCo

One thing I have done is taken the XMLSchema.rst and converted to
XMLSchema.xsd.  I think it would be good to produce code which does this.
This may lead to a parallel effort between X3DUOM and MuJoCoOM, Idk yet,
looking for low hanging fruit.
