[X3D-Ecosystem] Derived from Joe's model

[John Carlson]

Attached are two humanoid models that are derived from Joe's model.  The
.x3d doesn't have a joints field.

See other email for Shape version.

I have applied a VRML 2.0 header, and removed PROFILE, component and META
statements.
