[X3D-Ecosystem] X3DJSONLD 12, Added X3D JSON to PLY, enhanced PLY to X3D JSON

I have added more functionality to the JSON to PLY and PLY to JSON
conversions in X3DJSONLD 12:

Remaining issues before release:

1.  BoxEm.json and BoxEm.x3d don't fully load as PLY,  a broken Rubik's
Cube (4 pieces). AFAIK, this is a failure of finding all faces in JSON,
found 36 instead of 48, when converting to PLY.
2,  Choosing to convert XML to JSON.

I don't know if I mentioned Proto Expander conversions from JSON to PLY yet
either.

These Proto Features don't work for STL as far as I know, but it's worth
trying.
