[X3D-Ecosystem] Proto processor output without protos

The issue is, if I convert an X3D Rubik’s cube of protos, I only get one
cube in STL.
I will see what I can do by converting DOM, but perhaps the problem is that
I’m converting original JSON without my proto expander. Oops, I deleted it!
