[X3D-Ecosystem] Blender X3D/VRML2 extension update

The X3D/VRML2 import-export extension for Blender has been updated to version 2.5.1 . This and earlier recent updates include code improvements, fixes, and new features implemented by the Blender project maintainer and by the members of the X3D-Ecosystem group. A release notes for the extension is at https://projects.blender.org/extensions/io_scene_x3d/src/branch/main/release_notes.md 

At Blender 4.2 and later this X3D extension is installed and updated through the "Get Extensions" panel of the Blender preferences dialog.
