[X3D-Ecosystem] Replace Nashorn with GraalJS on web3d.org

John, we have no Web3D projects that are completed, active, or planned for
Nashorn or graaljs. If I find anything I will remove it to avoid
confusion. Good luck with your activities on these, but they are not
currently needed in any Web3D projects..
