If you can actually read the 'source' user code visable to the gurus 
of Acrobat 3D then I think you will find at some level an available 
xml-based syntax that can accept supported x3d data or similar and 
maybe some events with maybe the actionscript is different and 
interfaces to host DOM are optimized and better described if you have 
the tools. Hopefully you can read a detailed spec about it and get 
something running at least at home for free. Probably, no time you 
would spend on learning the scene and event graphs and host DOM 
interfaces would be wasted.

What is your main problem with actual delivery of real time 
interactive 3D content as part of a document?
