[x3d-public] X3D V4 Discussions

The Consortium would like to meet a December schedule for submitting CD 
text for X3D V4.0. This document would support (in a standards manner) 
running of X3D in a browser with a library such as X3DOM. There are 
several issues that need to be addressed before the WG gets to the stage 
where it can start putting together the document.

To help address these issues, the WG would like to use the email list to 
discuss the issues, one issue per thread (subject). It would be most 
helpful for people to reply to the list without changing the subject 
when discussing these issues. I will be sending out six individual 
emails to the list to start the process.
