[x3d-public] [x3dom-developers] MacOS: El Capitan breaks X3DOM volume rendering

Thanks, John, that could be valuable hint. I was blissfully ignorant of Metal until now, but this page: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205073 : explains that Metal is a new graphics technology, and  my hardware (Mac Mini, late 2014) should support it. So it might be that it is Metal that's breaking the volume rendering. Now to see if Metal can be disabled on my system.
