Thank you for your observation. I am also of the opinion that this should
read  t<=Tn.  

This has already been formally commented and a Mantis issue raised in our
database. I will append your comment as a note to this issue.

- doesn't make algorithmic sense to me - there should be 3 exclusive zones
on the timeline axis t <= Tn
- makes more sense
