[x3d-public] SquawLODxxx.x3d -> squawLODxxx.x3d

Now that the Squaw Valley x3d scene can be parsed by x3dom another problem
with the scene surfaced.

In the canonical xml the GeoLOD referenced scenes are lowercase:
squawLOD000.x3d . Consequently, in the xhtml the scene level file names are
also lowercase.  However, the files on the server are uppercase:
SquawLOD000.x3d.

 As a result, x3dom cannot find them and there is an error message.

So either the files need to be renamed to lower case or the x3d content
fixed to use uppercase.
