[x3d-public] HudPrototype.json in updated .zip; converting url file extensions from .x3d to to .x3dv .json etc.

refreshed build just finished uploading a little while ago, apologies that it wasn't done recently.

By that, I assume that you mean, should url file-extension values be converted from .x3d to .json?
Understood that it is an open question, Roy has brought this up too, in the context of meta tags that contain url content.
Am always hesitant to change the original content provided by an author in a scene.
Conceivably we might add changeUrlExtensionsFromX3dToX3dv and changeUrlExtensionsFromX3dToJson parameters in the XSLT conversion stylesheets.
Is it preferable to have that as a default for all of the .x3dv and .x3db and .json conversions of the X3D Example Archives?
Feedback welcome. If so, will implement.
