[x3d-public] HudPrototype file

Thanks for reporting this problem, now fixed.
HudPrototype and related files were all renamed (some years ago) to
HeadsUpDisplayPrototype.x3d
HeadsUpDisplayExample.x3d
et al.

I removed the old predecessor files from the website to avoid future fake-outs.
