[x3d-public] Event handing in X3D JSON, V4

I've made some proposals in the past for x3d event handling for X3D JSON
(onclick function field) and perhaps V4, to normalize it with
HTML5/JavaScript EventEmitter standards, possibly using initialize() in
Scripts to create listeners.  Has this been discussed recently?
