[x3d-public] X3D Object Model development, Java SAI implementation efforts

Update report.

Roy, I think all of the simpleType enumerations have been hooked up and tested.  Took some more work to x3d-3.3.xsd Schema as well as the X3D Object Model autogeneration of Java SAI.

All changes have been checked in.  X3D v3.3 schema changes deserve close checking.

Subject to review, those will then be applied to X3D schemas v3.0 thru 4.0 and deployed.

Please check 3.3 schema and object model for completeness when time permits.  btw Javadoc output for Java SAI is getting pretty thorough:

p.s.Noted a gap in X3D Object Model production: X3DViewpoint seems to be overlooked, perhaps others as well.
