I am not detailed familiar with all of the XML definition terminology,
so I may not have the correct definition in mind here. My understanding
of "NMTOKEN" is that it must be a valid XML name. These are alphanumeric
characters plus underscore and dash.
This is the same set of characters as class names; however, class names
have the restriction that it must start with a letter and the value is
case insensitive. Also it is allowed (and standard practice) to use
multiple class names for the value. Each name is separated from the
others by white space. This is not a valid NMTOKEN.
