[x3d-public] Patch for X3DJSAIL

Here’s a patch for X3DJSAIL.  Summary.  Provide for escaping quotes and newlines and \’s, get rid of now faulty string cleanup.  Remove leading and trailing quote on a MFString, in addition to splitting.  This works with my code.  I haven’t tried Don’s code yet.  Works with my X3dToJson.xslt.
