[x3d-public] Patches for X3DJSAIL -- ProtoInstance routes.

Last nights build fixed a number of false-negative errors when testing ROUTEs associated with ProtoInstance nodes.  Please recheck your example scenes and see if these patches are still necessary.  Thanks!
