[x3d-public] Use examples of Layering component and Layout Component

Hopefully, better late than never, for a 2015 mailing list thread ( http://web3d.org/pipermail/x3d-public_web3d.org/2015-May/003405.html ) requesting examples for these X3D components.

There is a large collection of examples on the create3000 github page (along with Titania and X_ITE) : create3000/Library repository: https://github.com/create3000/Library
