[x3d-public] Relative URLs and EXTENRPROTO

Hi,

We have documented an incompatible behavior how various X3D browsers
resolve relative URLs when they are used together with EXTERNPROTO.
The discussion and testcase about the issue are on:

Various browsers are already incompatible with each other (view3dscene
and Instant Player behave in one way, BS Contact and Cortona behave in
other). The solution is unsure (neither approach is actually perfect).
I felt that at least documenting the problem (and where each browser
stands) is a good start :)
