Hi John.  I found the long-pending bug to Sourceforge to fix the tooltip "svn diff" error.

Is it visible to you?

The above file has a persistent error: "Svndiff has backwards-sliding source views" from latest TortoiseSVN and Netbeans 8.2.
Repeated attempts to cleanup, refresh, and even a clean checkout failed to fix this.
Online search in StackOverflow and elsewhere yielded no explanation or solutions.
The above sourceforge url does not display anything.
I have a local copy and can recommit if deletion is needed.
Please advise how to fix, or apply sysadmin magic to fix. Thanks for all help.

Have again asked them to fix.  If you can get better response, please advise how to accomplish that or ping them directly.  TIA for all progress.
