[x3d-public] Schema based UI generation

I’m thinking of taking the point in schema based ui generation, but I would
appreciate feedback from the ui working group.   The proposed work would be
done in JavaScript.

I’m imagining it as some kind authoring system right now.

I’m guessing the semantics group is working towards a similar solution with
knowledge bases.   I am aiming at creating X3D JSON documents.
