➢ No. H-Anim just came out.
HAnim hasn’t really changed in its basics for a decade. V2 doesn’t change anything, just a couple of new interfaces. 
No reason for any x3d app not to support HAnim. 
Iam, Don’t spend any money to start, just get a simple text editor and Instant or use X3DOM

No. H-Anim just came out.

Out of curiosity, how come there isn't a newer, more updated version? Surely X3D couldn't have remained the same for 12 years??
