[x3d-public] PROTOs in SAI

Okay, I am starting to realize I can't create PROTOs in SAI, except through
Browser.createVrmlFromString() (or similar).

That is, I can't create a PROTO node.

Is one way to do it.

To convert the XML to SAI, I'm going to capture the PROTO from the
document, and insert it into the SAI code.

I will look up how to create PROTO instances after that.
