[x3d-public] Warnings in coderextreme/pythonSAI

This is now a formal bug report that the corresponding .x3d files show the
following warnings.   See

https://github.com/coderextreme/pythonSAI for corresponding local files I
ran against.

Otherwise, the files are in X3D resource examples.
