[x3d-public] Requirements for a ECMAScript X3D library on the server

What are the requirements for a X3D ECMAScript library on the server?

* Generates X3D XML
* Does not have a Browser object (and is thus incompatible with SAI).
* Provides a type-safe JavaScript with classes.
* Optionally generated from TypeScript
* Close to SAI
