Hanim version number should always be declared, evident and never "might" or "may" or "could be".
* X3D version number is required, allowed values 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 4.0
* X3D 3.0 through 3.3 use HAnim version 1
* X3D 4.0 uses HAnim version 2
* HAnimHumanoid version number is required, allowed values 1.0 or 2.0
