[x3d-public] request for animation of "differential" graphs

Thinking about applications for differential graph visualization:

1.  Road work or outages
2.  Bayesian or Stochastic networks (think neural net weights).
3.  Probabilistic Automaton
4.  Also, we could use annotation instead of transparency, in some cases.
