[x3d-public] slides for Beginning X3D JSON demonstration

Yes, you have my permission to upload the video and slides. I will try to
increase the size of the scenes. I have lots of emotional stuff going on
with election, teeth, adjusting medications and my social network
contracting due to uneasiness.
I cannot really support many of my scenes because of scripting. I believe
that X_ITE can support many of these scenes.
