Thanks for another trouble report.  That /Savage/Savage/ repetition above indicates a bad subtree (no doubt a misdirected partial upload) that has been deleted.

Thus correct publication address remains

* https://savage.nps.edu/Savage/Scenarios/LimitedObjectiveExperimentPortHueneme
