[x3d-public] Shutdown of create3000.de

In May 2022 the time will come that create3000.de <http://create3000.de/> will be finally shutdown, because X_ITE is now hosted on create3000.github.io <http://create3000.github.io/>. The documentation for X_ITE is done as Wiki in the GitHub project, see https://github.com/create3000/x_ite/wiki <https://github.com/create3000/x_ite/wiki>.

That means all links to create3000.de <http://create3000.de/> will no longer work, and you should update your X_ITE URL’s. For more information on how to do this see https://github.com/create3000/x_ite/wiki#download-x_ite <https://github.com/create3000/x_ite/wiki#download-x_ite>.
