[x3d-public] Large mp4 use

For me, now I just do Command g and it brings up an xbox thingee that captures what it thinks is the active window, what ever it is videos or whatever.

Mp4 files, about 13,each 300-700 mb, very big to Movie maker join. Compress

Any compressiona or hints how to make it light, converters free with big sizes?
