[x3d-public] X3D Scripting for X3DOM w/o reading standard

I think we should seriously consider question 1. Are scripts that are
inside protobodies copied?

Leonard at one point stated that scripts in X3DOM need to be handled with
scripts before the Protos, which befuddled me. But now that we have
Protos started or finished, how do we handle all the copied scripts inside
the instanced Protos, if that’s how protos are instantiated? I know this
is handled in X_ITE, have people looked at X_ITE enough to provide feedback?

I could probably give an overview of what I did with scripts and X3DOM, but
I don’t think it’s appropriate production code.

Should we state that scripts should not be in protobodies? Thoughts?
