Michalis's tovrmlx3d appears to work with HAnim 2, converting VRML 2 
spec files to XML.   Thanks, Michalis, for the new Linux version that I 
could test with.  Previously, I had used the Windows version. Next, we 
will work on the X3D XML to X3D JSON conversion, testing against the X3D 
JSON Schema (whichever version).  Then, we will work towards XML 
roundtripping using X3DJSONLD.

Nashorn (jjs, GraalVM) is very slow on HAnim spec files!  LOA3 and 
LOA4.  Zzz!
